Hoby, Leicestershire - Thursday 27 November 2025

Our next walk, kindly organised by Talbert and his wife Linda, will be in the village of Hoby, Leicestershire

Details of the walk are as follows:

START POINT: The Blue Bell, Main Street, Hoby LE14 3DT

TIME: It is suggested by Talbert that we meet at 10.15am when the pub opens for cleaning.  Unfortunately no-one is available to do teas and coffees and there is nowhere else nearby.  We will therefore HAVE TO BRING OUR OWN FLASKS ON THIS OCCASION.  We will be able to use the toilets and also pre-order our lunches.

DIRECTIONS: The village of Hoby is north of Leicester just off the A46 Fosse Way and the A607 to Melton Mowbray. The postcode for Sat Nav is given above.

WALK:  The walk is 3 miles on easy going ground ... hopefully we will enjoy a fine day and not too much mud.
