Melbourne and Staunton Harold Reservoir Thursday 20 June 2024

Our next walk will be in South Derbyshire and has been kindly arranged by Geoff Wheat and Peter Slade.  Hope the sun shines on us again!

Details of the walk are as follows:

START POINT: The Melbourne Inn, 20 High Street, Melbourne DE73 8GJ Tel: 01332 986690

The pub is in the centre of Melbourne.  There is a free public car park at the rear of the pub and street parking nearby.  Car sharing seems a good idea where possible.

As usual we will meet for tea and coffee from 10.00am.

WALK: The walk will take in Staunton Harold reservoir and is just over three miles on largely tarmac paths and is easy going, I understand.  The Melbourne Inn has asked if we can notify them our main meal choices in advance (please view their website for their menus).
